Fall Athletic Signup
Use this form to sign-up for a fall athletic team. The coaches will use the information provided to alert you about summer practices and tryouts. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address that you provide. Please only submit one entry per student.
In order to practice or play you must have a current physical on file with the school. A $90 athletic fee will be charged to all student-athletes once the team roster is set.
